About Us

The Free Press Online is the student-run online publication of The Free Press, Lawrence Free State’s newsmagazine. Located in Lawrence, Kansas, The Free Press is staffed by 67 devoted students and advised by Jared Shuff. The publication is updated daily with published content including stories, videos, recordings, photo galleries and infographics. In addition, select stories are published in The Free Press newsmagazine each month.

The online publication is run by Online Editor-in-Chief Baila Love and Online Managing Editors
