Jon Fitzgerald was born on March 21, 1994. He is the second of three children. Despite being the middle child he does not fade into the background. He makes sure that the world knows who he is. Or at least, the world that is Free State.

He not only plays electric bass in his band Pass-a-Fist, who are currently on a hiatus, but he also plays instruments such aspiano, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, and 12-string guitar. Always cracking jokes, Fitzgerald knows what to say to turn a frown upside down.

His favorite part of performing onstage, he says, is being taller than everyone else, and doing what he loves with his friends. That and all the ladies. Fitzgerald is a sophmore at Free State. Currently he is involved in the Free State Orchestra as a member of the bass section.
